Returns & Refunds Policy

1. Return Window
You may request a return within 7 days of delivery for most products. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Perishable goods (food, flowers)
- Intimate or sanitary items
- Personalised or custom-made products
- Downloadable digital products
- Items marked as "Final Sale"
3. How to Request a Return
- Go to My Orders and select the order.
- Click "Request Return" and provide a reason.
- The seller will review and approve or decline within 48 hours.
- If approved, you will receive return shipping instructions.
4. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the refund status. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.
6. Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect. In those cases, Maeve Essentials covers return shipping.
7. Exchanges
Direct exchanges are not currently supported. To get a different item, return the original and place a new order.
